You'll own RFIs/submittals, daily quantity tracking, look-ahead schedules, monthly CPM updates, SWPPP logs, and assist with owner billings</p><p style="margin: 0px;"><br></p><h2 style="margin: 0px; font-size: 1.5em; color: rgb(38, 38, 38);"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2><p style="margin: 0px;"><br></p><ul><li>Support project managers with project controls, documentation and job cost tracking.</li><li>Supervise on-site execution to ensure quality, schedule adherence and safety.</li><li>Manage RFIs, submittals and inspection coordination to remove execution blockers.</li><li>Record daily quantities for payment and inspection; support owner billings.</li><li>Issue purchase orders, coordinate deliveries and perform quantity takeoffs.</li><li>Produce weekly look-ahead schedules and monthly CPM updates; maintain SWPPP logs</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><h2><br></h2><p><strong>Required (must have)</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field -- or equivalent experience.</li><li>Hands-on experience on heavy civil projects (intern or project engineer level).</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred (nice-to-have)</strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with HCSS HeavyJob.</li><li>Prior experience on bridges, roadways, landfills, or dams.</li><li>Knowledge of SWPPP and construction compliance standards.</li></ul><h2>Benefits </h2><ul><li>Competitive salary: </li><li>Health, dental &amp; vision insurance </li><li>Paid time off &amp; holidays </li></ul><h2>Location</h2><h2><br></h2><p><strong>Syracuse: </strong>onsite field presence required; travel between sites expected.</p><p><br></p><h2>How to apply</h2><h2><br></h2><p>Submit resume and a brief note.
