Take on a visible leadership role on one of New York's most significant transportation construction projects.

A. Servidone Inc. is looking for an experienced field leader to join the I-81 Viaduct Project Phase 2, Contract 6 as an Assistant Superintendent supporting overall project execution.

Working closely with the General Superintendent, this position is designed for a construction professional who thrives in the field, enjoys solving operational challenges, and wants meaningful responsibility on a large heavy civil project.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Planning and Execution

Oversee assigned work activities from pre-planning through completion.

Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources.

Maintain productivity while supporting project schedule objectives.

Field Leadership

Provide consistent direction and oversight within active construction areas.

Promote accountability, communication, and safe work practices.

Support efficient coordination between crews and supporting departments.

Project Coordination

Collaborate with engineering, project management, safety, and quality teams.

Identify potential delays and help develop practical solutions.

Communicate project needs and field updates to leadership.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of heavy civil construction experience.

Experience leading crews and coordinating field operations.

Understanding of infrastructure construction practices and project logistics.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Microsoft Office proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

HCSS HeavyJob experience.

Experience on transportation, highway, bridge, or infrastructure projects.

Exposure to large, multi-discipline construction environments.

Compensation

$150,000 - $180,000 annual salary
